    Normally, I am not a fan of Wells Fargo. My only link is depositing my rent every month. The story starts with my 9 month old daughter who got ahold of my money order (rent) and pretty much ate it to pieces. I literally had to pull pieces out of her mouth. As I put all the pieces in a sandwich bag, I called 3 places. The first one was the company of the money order. The second was the place I bought it from because I still have the receipt. Both places turned me away. The last place was this branch and Barbara answered and I explained my situation and she advise me to come into the branch. When I walked in, I was greeted by Lorenzo (I think that’s his name) and then shortly after he brought Patrick in. Patrick was an answer to my prayers. He gave Lorenzo the opportunity to help but I was so thankful Patrick took over. He sat across from me and meticulously put every piece in its place. The ones that were rolled up from my daughter chewing, he slowly opened them and taped them together. He looked up at me and said don’t worry I have four kids. Patrick proceeded to running it through the machine to get deposited and just like that he made it happen. I can’t explain how many people said NO to me today but all I can say is THANK YOU PATRICK!! It meant so much to me that you came to our rescue!! Two people didn’t believe my story because they didn’t understand how my daughter could or would do this. You are not only amazing at your job by not giving up on me but you can also relate to your customers including when it came to having kids. So, once again... THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!
