- ARAdrian RuizApr 15, 20251.0Becareful putting co-op deposits in the atm. I put $1,000 for my navy federal account it kept returning some bills. In the end it took all 10 bills but only showed $800 deposited. Now I am out $200 because I made the mistake of trusting a co-op branch.
- AAANGELMar 19, 20251.0Until this is settled and I see improvement or a better review, I will keep this 1 star until then, Hey everyone, I'm posting because due to these reviews it is not fair for other locations to be judged just cause of this experience, the one close to the Ontario airport was very professional, it's sad that some are good and some are bad, when they all should have equal or even better customer service, as a new member, I am embarrassed to hear this, either quality control gets handled and evaluates their employees or close this one down, as times are hard as it is, but customer service should not fall as we need that more than ever, Thank you.
