- AMAffan M5 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with the customer service and branch manager ( John) for his attitude. I tried to get some information regarding opening the account and wire transfer; before he answer my question, he asked me where I am from. He said for certain customer with home country born out of US; he said; he has to get approval to open the account for me. This is radicles to hear it from bank for a US citizen who wants to open the account. How he made the judgment where customer came from to ask this question in front of other customer. This is very unprofessional behavior from a branch manager or employee. I will not put a penny to support Wells Fargo business. Honestly, when i read all review in Net, I will not surprise to face that kind of customer service in Wells Fargo.

She had an attitude and laughed at me when I wanted to transfer some money and she said "it doesn't work like that" when it came to when it would be sent. She was very condescending. She should be retired if she is that grumpy and would treat customers of 10 years+ like that. Judging by the other people of color's review and how I was treated, I wouldn't be surprised if she is racist. Usually older people are.
- CLCaroline LajoieDec 8, 20184.0Although all banks have weaknesses, Wells has many good qualities. Wells is convenient and available, with banks in every state. I find this to be very helpful when I travel. Wells also has Saturday hours and other banks don't. When I need the bank, I can't take time off work during the week, so Saturday hours are fantastic and my main reason for being a customer. I like this branch specifically because they are usually pretty quick, and many times very helpful. Wells can't control the intelligence of their young staff...they have to work with what they have available and this varies from state to state.
