- NNNat NatDec 30, 20254.0We've had this credit union for years now & we like it, for the most part. The only thing that sucks about this particular branch is that they are usually short staffed, & no one ever answers the phone - no matter what day, time, or how many times you call. The ONE time someone actually picked up the phone, I had to call about 25x in an hour just to annoy them enough to pick it up, & they weren't busy at all at that time (it was urgent, their system was down & I couldn't check my account online or in the app). Their recording just says to leave a voicemail, which I tried before but no one ever listens to them or calls back. My suggestion would be for them to add a menu option to their recording that will transfer you to a customer service line where someone WILL answer the call (i.e. "press 1 to leave a message, or press 2 to be transferred to our customer service center"). This would save customers the hassle of trying to find other numbers to call for help, & ensure they actually get the help they need, when they need it. Not everything can be resolved online, & some things are urgent, so can't wait for a call back a day or two later (if that).

I recently became a member after a referral from a close friend, and I was so impressed with my experience that I referred my parents as well. The Money Market Plus account offers an excellent, effortless way to grow savings. Each visit to the branch has been met with exceptional customer service and prompt assistance, with little to no wait time.

People were nice but that put a bad taste in my mouth. they tried saying I was “frozen” when I called to check what I was “frozen” about , I wasn’t frozen.

I was turned away as it's not their policy to exchange with non members I guess? I'm not robbing you people. I'm exchanging money. Even trade. Pennies. ...you earned a one star rating over pennies. I bet my own credit union does this to non members, too. Terrible policy.
