I went in the other day to close an account and I was full of anxiety. I didn’t want to be there. I felt so belittled I hope to never have to go back there again

I had to stay in line for 20 minutes just to request to meet with some one. Some guy teller started asking me bunch of question and then told me I could not meet with anyone without an appointment. I felt I had waisted my morning going to the branch, staying in line and then sent away when I actually could see an office sitting in her cubical waiting for a customer. I consider this kind of service to be extremely poor.

I just stopped in my Wells Fargo Branch in San Marcos and they immediately notarized my document. My wife tried calling her B of A and couldn't even get thru! I just spent 15 seconds with a direct call to Fallbrook Wells Fargo and he said just come in tomorrow, we have plenty of notaries available!
