I did a mobile deposit, and when I seen that it was not releasing the funds i called the branch and was told to bring the check in person to release the rest of the funds. I brought the check in the next day and the teller told me the funds would be released within an hour. I came in the following day, and my funds were not released, and when I went up to the teller and asked what was going on the manager Chong M walked over and with extreme attitude and unprofessionalism told me that There was nothing she can do because the corporate had a hold on the check. When I asked why I was told differently the day before she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This woman was extremely rude and if this is a branch manager, there is an issue. I have been banking with safe for over 13 years and it is a bit ridiculous to have this happen to me. It was embarrassing standing at the counter with other customers around and having this manager be so disrespectful if I could give zero stars I would I will never come back to this branch and honestly thinking about canceling and getting a new bank this is ridiculous. Pu’e Lui Togia came over to “assist” the teller, and was talking about my account openly with Chong who was sitting off to the side 8 feet away. This is personal and private information. His attitude and demeanor again, did not help me or the situation I was in. He then offered “the best he could do” would be to release 2k of the 6k left, and when I asked why he could now do that but not the full total, he told me “you need to remember why the holds put on your check in the first place, youve never deposited from this company before - when in fact I had deposited over 17 checks FROM THIS SAME COMPANY. When I asked for the manager’s name, all three tellers, looking at each other, refused to give me her name or her card. Pu’e then handed me his card. When I asked again the name of the manager the teller reluctantly looked over and he gave me the manager’s name.
Update. Chong did call me, reluctantly apologizing and saying it could have been handled a bit better, and after FURTHER research she DID IN FACT see all of the other checks that had been deposited by this same company. And she was able to immediately release the remaining funds. When I asked why I wasn’t pulled to a little area privately to see if she could help me, instead of rudely telling me she could do nothing for me WITHOUT HAVING MY ACCOUNT UP IN FRONT OF HER all she said was she could have done better. Yep, you’re right you could’ve.

I won't recommend anyone to go to this branch nor trust the individual people in the bank they're not what they state they are by the experience throughout you will be profiled discriminated as well as elderly shouldn't go here if you don't want to be profiled or worse the management isn't something I will trust nor come back to with recommendations people need to know because careful of what branches you go to do your research especially when you just walking in because they're like the 3 faces of eve and the serpent in the garden of eve as well as walls that have ears I will state this is a warning as well don't trust what they're going to do for you in their especially claims department be very careful especially in that department for what has been shown is more truth then can be stated because I used to support this location but now won't recommend nor trust it ever again

When I was at the teller window on 10/30 there was an employee in the lobby area wearing a shirt that was very revealing. It was definitely not something that should be worn when working at a financial institution.

I came into the branch today (10-30-25). I was assisted by a young lady wearing a very see through white lacey shirt. I was quite shocked to see this kind of attire in a credit union.
