  Totally not welcome, new person to open an account. Lack of support, everything is you do your own thing, which is not our business. This is the worst experience I have had in the US. Will definitely not go back to this branch.

  Wells Fargo is the worst bank EVER! I have a business account with them and today, for the 4th time, I discovered fraud on my account with several thousand dollars having been removed. Wells Fargo refuses to issue a provisional credit and I can't get any answers about whether they are going to bounce the outstanding checks on the account. I am moving my accounts away from Wells. Stay away from their payroll services as well. When I had their payroll they didn't pay our business payroll taxes and I ended up with state liens on our account.

  Horrible service, I’m ready to close the remaining accounts that I unfortunately still have with them. For Wellsfargo to appoint such a horrible manager I feel there decision making is very poor so I will be selling all my Wellsfargo stock in the morning as well.

  If you are going into the Center City Parkway branch in Escondido for serious business, you should go somewhere else. I went into this branch to open a business account two months ago. No business account specialist was there so I had to go to another branch to get things done. Today I made a wire transfer at around 9am. The escrow company informed me in the afternoon that they hadn't received the fund yet. I checked online banking, and the money has been debited from my account already. I called the branch but didn't get any response until I left two messages. They told me that the manager was sick so there was no manager to give an approval on this wire transfer so it didn't go through. If that was true, Stephanie should have told me right away so that I could go to another branch. Then I asked to speak to someone at manager level to take care of my wire transfer. I told Kane that I wanted him to be accountable for notifying a manager, but immediately he accused me of threatening him and said that Stephanie was apologetic, upset and crying. All I needed was to find someone to take care of my wire transfer. Obviously they don't have any employee who can be responsible for bigger transaction. I went in the branch and told Patrick to leave a message for the manager to call me in the morning. They cannot do anything until the manager comes back. I hope the manager gets better tomorrow. update: Stephanie called the next morning and told me the wire has been approved. I asked her if she knows a wire has to be approved, she did not answer. Finally I have to ask yes or no. She said I am not sure. I lectured her that she should have called other branches for help instead of letting me talk to other people in the branch who did not know what to do like her then I found that she was not even listening to me. Then she said she had to go and hung up on me. This call lasted less than 10 minutes. What kind of customer service is this?
