The location is full of customers but no staff. They couldn't even handle a simple wire transfer correctly. They charged $30 and it didn't work. If I had a year I couldn't list all the failings of Wells Fargo.

He told the person at the front door that he is disabled and can't stand that long. She told him to go to the back of the line. This is completely unacceptable for a senor that is disabled to be treated this way. It was close to 90 degrees outside and heaven forbid something media would have happened. These people should be ashamed how they responded to my father.
