    I have a savings account with a substantial amount of money. I just learned they are charging 50 a month for them to use my money. Stay clear of this bank.

    Yesterday a lady her name is Bertha Carlevale wasn't excellent service when I have to add personal pin manytimes doesn't active...Anyway just an agent work with onewest bank help to check balance ,some first Citizens bank ,onewest bank wasn't experienced when customer calling to check balance its always terrible calls!! only asked Agents to help..Thanks for quick service again..

    I do personal banking here. The service has been pretty welcoming and professional, and if I ever had a problem with anything they helped me to take care of it. Banks been good to me so far since I joined in 2011. Works for all my needs.

    I recieved my last check from my work. Both the CEO and the VP signed my personal last check. It was a direct check from this bank. I felt immediately looked down at. First the girl I spoke too Monica said that I could not cash it without having the CEO or the VP confirming that they had signed the check and its good to go through. I asked them why and they said because they have to make sure that it's a good check. She tried calling the CEO in which i told her you would probably not get a call back until next week. He's a busy man. Then a gentleman approached her and he said well if we can't get any call back you'll have to go to your bank. Being that my bank was the one that sent me to this bank and told me to cash the check with First Citizens Bank. They both got a bit condescending. I had to call my HR director in the middle of the transaction to let him know of the inconvenience occurring. He said this never happens and I said the same thing. I understand the bank is trying to protect their money but they could of been a lot nicer about it. I didn't like the way I was treated. So next time I suggest people think about what they wear when coming into this bank. They really can make people feel small. I'm glad I never had to come back go this place again.
