They are now closing early so I find it harder to get there by 5pm also. I went in tonight before closing and was told I needed an appointment and they would not help me. I do not see why they have to close early while taking less people due to COVID and then not help before before their early closing time - and rude on top of it. No thanks from this longtime customer looking for a new bank.
