- KBKathy BelousSep 3, 20251.0Terrible branch. There was only one operational teller which, for unknown reasons, was being operated by two employees. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes only to be told that a banker was required for my transaction. There was only one banker present, however, he too was unavailable to assist. The teller then advised that she can in fact help me but only AFTER the entire teller line was serviced — the very line that I just waited in for 30 minutes. I was instructed to wait another 30 minutes which was simply ridiculous. I will not be returning here.

- NHNajwa HosnDec 9, 20241.0I came to withdraw a check for cash, the employee was very slow and kept asking questions about who the check is from and if it’s my first check and then she said if I have my phone to get a text message and tell her the code I said I left my phone in the car cuz I never got asked that before then she asked for my driver license. I never had this experience at any Wells Fargo branch before. It felt like an interrogation and a super slow process. Will never step foot here again.

The entire group there is always friendly and on top of it. Honestly don't know why there are negative reviews, every bank has lines, but not every bank has tellers and managers who genuinely seem to care.
