- KBKathy BelousSep 3, 20251.0Terrible branch. There was only one operational teller which, for unknown reasons, was being operated by two employees. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes only to be told that a banker was required for my transaction. There was only one banker present, however, he too was unavailable to assist. The teller then advised that she can in fact help me but only AFTER the entire teller line was serviced — the very line that I just waited in for 30 minutes. I was instructed to wait another 30 minutes which was simply ridiculous. I will not be returning here.

- GGGeanella GuzmanMay 1, 20241.0Bank completely discriminates, they have very bad service. i came in with my check from a law suit and they did not want to give me my full amount they wanted to give me half and the rest in a cashier check. Bank claims they are only able to give 10k. what if i had emergency. All my identification was correct they even called the lawyer and asked for his social security. i am very unhappy with the service . no wonder they are slow.
