However, when I was on the phone with a representative at this location, they were impolite, gave an attitude, and hung up before I could say thank you. I understand this may be a one time thing and maybe the representative was having a bad day, but I am in utter shock this is how you handle your customers.

Our personal and business accounts are handled by Gary and staff as well as home mortgage and HELOC accounts. Cant say enough about this bank. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates the traditional personal service that is so difficult to find in this day and age.
