Because I didn't have an account with them, they delayed me for a week to cash my check They are very stingy to validate parking fee and make the customer suffer. I thanked them politely several times, not only they did not answer, they did not even look at the customer. 🥹

I could understand if it was a check but cash?! Really! Apparently they must have too many customers cause I definitively will never be one. Went to the grocery store and they had no problem breaking it. They apparently do want my business!

Because the only ATM is, you guessed it, a City National Bank ATM. The sign on the side says it accepts all kinds of credit cards, but it spat my perfectly normal, working Visa card back at me with some vague inexplicable error 5 times. You're not even making money off me right now you're just ruining my day.
