They know me personally and offer a community environment. retention in staff is important for clients like me who bank here because they know my name and have stayed long enough to really know how the banking system works. I hope Citibank as a corporation understands how important staff retention is and continued training. The overseas after hour customer service can help with simple things. Do not ask them any complex questions. Wait for normal business hours and ask for a manager. Popmoney bill pay has had several issues in the past 5 years with me. The online website and app are, otherwise, extremely helpful and easy to use for most banking needs.
