The new hire Carmen was typing the entire time with only here two middle fingers. I found this quite bothersome and rude and passive aggresive to be quite frank

Came here to cash a paycheck issued from a Wells Fargo account, line took forever, they said my government issued drivers license wasn't enough verification and demanded my birth certificate as well, on top of that they tried to charge me $10 to cash the check, even though it's from their bank. Asked the manager if they could waive the fee and he pretended there was nothing they could do; looked it up online and found that every specific branch makes their own policy about checking fees and can waive them at will. When i pressed the manager on why such a large fee he said because their employees had been committing fraud in recent years and the government is watching them more closely....so, why do I HAVE to pay extra because you're a bunch of crooks! Ridiculous. Slimy. Unaccountable.
