- JTJustin ThompsonSep 18, 20251.0Just left this place to open up 2 accounts for my minor children. I was told by the teller that 2 people called out sick today and no appointments were available. Then the teller attempted to call another Wells Fargo location and no one answered. Guess the best thing for me to do is too close my Wells Fargo Accounts and go to Golden One. Unbelievable no services available for banking. 2nd time I have tried to do this. Customer service out the door

Usually I am treated with dignity and very professional however at this branch more like a criminal minded monkey. This was my first time Ever going to this branch and definitely will be my last They need to close the branch down. Very racist bunch of people I am just sick on how i was treated it was so bad i left my glasses to have to make my self sicker and go back to get them. All I wanted was 100.00 i had 10 times that amount in my account.
