- JTJustin ThompsonSep 18, 20251.0Just left this place to open up 2 accounts for my minor children. I was told by the teller that 2 people called out sick today and no appointments were available. Then the teller attempted to call another Wells Fargo location and no one answered. Guess the best thing for me to do is too close my Wells Fargo Accounts and go to Golden One. Unbelievable no services available for banking. 2nd time I have tried to do this. Customer service out the door

I emailed him to check the status of the checks, he did not reply to the email either. So I had to visit a branch in-person again for the checks.
