- GGGerald5 days ago1.0Wells Fargo in general is not good, this branch claimed it would help. Checked back the next day to get an update from the manager and of course they’re out for a whole week. I’m leaving this bank asap

Other bankers when done with their client they will stand up and go inside the office without approaching me. Then once another client with appointment they will go out. Up to now i am still waiting for more than 1.r hrs. Need to think if i will transfer to another bank. Again, Wells Fargo is getting worse when it comes to customer service!
