- LWLou WonderJun 12, 20231.0Terrible experience! Went in to deposit a check, didn’t get the lady’s name but she was older. She told me she could not find the check in the system? And told me to go to Bank of America or she would hold my check for 7 days. I went to Bank of America, and they told me Wells Fargo should have easily deposited my check and it was a perfectly good check! Went to a different Wells Fargo Location and they accepted my check within minutes! They are so poorly trained here in Laguna, had she asked around maybe I could have gotten it deposited rather than sending me elsewhere for absolutely no reason. This whole experience took over an hour! They wasted my time! 0/0
