- QBQueen BNov 18, 20251.0Check your money. Cashed a check here and received fake money from the teller. I wish I examined the bills before walking out, but why would anyone think to double check money from the bank?? Something fishy is going on in there for sure.
- STstephen TranOct 6, 20251.0Don’t bank here, sherry will provide you with all wrong information. She is not the bank teller. She’s the actual banker you speak to. I inquired and proceeded with a bank transfer for credit cards. I been with Patelco for a while. She stated there was no interest for 6 months. A month later. I get charged for interest. I came back to speak with sherry and she stated that it was for new members only and apologized for the wrong information. I don’t care for an apology. It’s the interest that is the concern. There’s plenty of banks that will offer a 0% apr balance transfer. Being the actual banker that is responsible for consumers money, you should know exactly what you are speaking about. We choose to do business with Patelco which keeps the bank alive. Due to this I plan closing out all my accounts with Patelco.
- TMT MMAug 7, 20251.0The teller gave me a check for an account that didnt have any funds instead of confirming with me I clearly had two other others with funds in it yet you provide me a check with no funds from it causing issues with my refiance ridiculous !! If I swipe my card WITH funds why are u giving me a check from an account with NO funds make it make sense !
