- JMJoel MossOct 2, 20251.0Staff is always friendly, professional, etc. However, this bank sucks. Only a couple branches can actually issue cards and therefore one has to wait usually over a month for a replacement. Also, opened up a credit account about two months ago. I have not received a card in the mail and getting things done over the phone is time consuming and supper annoying. Get your act together, pull up them britches and act like a big boy bank instead of a podunk 3rd rate financial establishment. Again, supper annoying and so much time wasted on trying to straighten out issues I’ve never had with other banks.
