- IGI GarciaOct 31, 20171.0This bank as a whole is by far the worst, I have doubt with. I have tried to cash a check from a well known company here at the City National Bank that they bank at. Which with any other bank would have been a piece of cake, less than a five minute transaction. (I.e. Chase, Bank of America, Citi, Bank of the West, US Bank etc) NEVER did I ever had to begin with the most horrific experience with the tellers initially.... Elsy has an attitude then just when I thought this transaction would go better Liz turned out to have the same issue. They lack customer service skills and did not have an empathetic or kind demeanor! They both had attitudes and nasty facial expressions. I felt like I perhaps was banking in the wrong neighborhood. Yes, a getto neighborhood!! I do not recommend this bank for your business needs as your clients will have a terrible time accessing their money!! I had NEVER had an experience like this!!
