My husband had multiple accounts and I first went to chase bank where I received a cold shoulder and no help. I was nervous going to another bank after receiving such horrific customer service at the Chase on Lower Azusa. But I received the opposite here, they actually treated me like a human being instead of just a number like at Chase. I highly recommend this branch as well as branch on Valley Blvd. Superb customer service, thank you so much.
