- FMfinance myMay 16, 20241.0Aside for online banking interface not supported on web browser on PC (which necessitate user to use the app instead) and payee name cannot support more than 35 characters and no support for special characters, it has very poor online support and customer service. How difficult it is to understand that your customer need extra wire transfer limit and your job would only require you to verify your customer identity and then fast track that request? But they say "no. lol.", rejected the requests made through app and recommend that we upgrade our online banking instead. Wut? Bro, you need to fix your service level and not just tell your customer to upgrade while the main problem is your attitude in serving your customer. If you don't like to work here, fine, then leave. If you hate your customers, might as well return the money and close your stupid bank.
