We had heard great things about credit unions but from this experience I'm not sure this branch deserves the stars it has. I was looking to open a joint account with my wife and had called the previous day to find out all requirements. One of them was that my wife and myself had to be there at the same time to sign. We both took the time off early from work to make sure we arrived at least 30 min before it closed. When we arrived we were barely acknowledged at told to sit and wait for assistance. We waited until 6:05 PM closing time and it looked like the only 2 account specialist were having social hour and just waiting for us to get tired of waiting and walk out which we did. Again not such as a word as we walked out, then noticed the employees leaving aswell right after us as we were still in the parking lot. The worst 40 wasted minutes of my life, never again!
