  This bank tellers are sometimes a little slow but generally ok. Often the ATMs don’t work and they told me it is because they are in direct sunlight. Yet many ATMs are outside and work fine. However multiple times now my child has been misgendered or treated poorly based on looks. They have been giving her a hard time because of the way she looks, her clothes, etc. They treat her differently depending on clothing and I’ve seen it. They have said they couldn’t help her because of policies, yet when I’ve gone in those policies don’t apply to me, just her. I’ve reached out to management and was told it was being addressed, but clearly it isn’t. Newest solution from management was to have her get her own account there so when she is being treated that way she can prove she belongs. Since when can a child not go into a bank with their parent without being disrespected. And why on earth would she ever want to bank at a place that discriminates and justifies it. I’ve banked with them for over 20 years and fully intend to move exclusively to another bank. It is absolutely unacceptable to justify being rude to someone’s child.

  My wife has an account here so i sometimes accompany her. Went to this bank dressed in my Heavy Metal "battle vest" (you know - the denim vest with all the spikes studs, and rock band patches on it) sat in the waiting area and NO ONE asked if they could help me. Went back a few weeks latter in a 2 piece suit & tie (keep in mind I'm white, blond hair, blue eyes, 6'3', in good shape and can rock a suit). - EVERY BANKER came by to ask if I needed help with something. But in my jeans & denim vest, I was unworthy of their time.

  Called and spoke with Randy and told him we're going to get there at 11 o'clock to open a bank account arrives there and there were only two people working and told us we have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to speak with the banker left the bank so just wasted my time left the bank so just wasted my time going there . It took them also several days of long time to figure out the the bonuses for the new client and for the referral
