One of the tellers was chatting with a client for over 15 minutes while a long line of customers waited — including an elderly gentleman with a walker who was clearly struggling to stand for that long. The conversation seemed more personal than professional, and instead of directing the client to a banker for additional help, the teller continued chatting. It felt inconsiderate and unprofessional. If you’re looking for quick or attentive service, this is not the branch to visit.
