Dalia from the El Cajon branch was super helpful and empathetic, she called the fraud department from her office with me and helped them verify me. She changed my mind about Citi, I was going to just close the account, but have decided to stay a customer!

I called Citi Online later to talk to a supervisor to verify the information this branch teller/banker gave, and it turned out that the information she gave was wrong!
