Just to get there and to have Nelly having a blown conversation with the customer for about 25 minutes until closing. The time was 3:34 and didn't get to see Ms Nelly until 3:55. Instead of telling the customer there's other customers behind her she proceeded with her conversation in Spanish to talk about her last job and how she got fraud from the last loan place. Very unprofessional
