There were bankers sitting and doing nothing but still they would not service me unless I had an appointment. This appointments thing came up because of covid, and is a nuisance to customers. No wonder people are just moving to online only banks, because these retail banks and bankers are making themselves obsolete.

They have two tellers and 30 people in line. It's ridiculous and the manager said she wishes she could close it and I said she should with this kind of service. This place is non-serviceable.
