- PCP CSep 30, 20251.0I have been a WF customer for 30+ years with no issues. However, I am incredibly disappointed and surprised by the lack of enthusiasm I experienced when I tried to open two new accounts for my teen children. It’s no secret that the new generations are dubious about big banks, so it’s remarkable that WF would make it so difficult to adopt a new customer at such a young age (“start them young, keep them forever”). No one will answer a phone call so I can speak to a rep to make a Saturday appointment (at another branch that’s open Saturdays), and I can’t make a Saturday appointment online (when kids don’t have school). I’m even turned away when I attempt to make an afternoon appointment at this branch (I made one online, but was called back and told “it was double booked”). With so many new banking options now available (Greendot, Acorns, Chime), it’s a wonder WF is not bending over backwards to lure and welcome new customers. WHERE’S THE SENSE OF URGENCY!!! I’ve made an online appointment with Chase (I hope THEY don’t cancel). I’m wondering how welcoming and enthusiastic they’ll be to accept two NEW YOUNG customers.

What stood out most was her patience—she took the time to guide me step by step, making sure I understood all the details without ever making me feel rushed. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Melanie truly represents the best in customer service, and I left the bank feeling confident and well taken care of.
- CNchae noJul 20, 20205.0COVID 19 has brought the line outside the door. The line feels like its not moving but I’m guessing 1 person every 10 to 15 minutes goes inside. This is Monday at 3:30pm and I think the line is getting longer because more people are getting off work. Parking here is good. Always enough parking. People are friendly here. Just a lot of people want to use this bank. Update: there was one teller. No wonder it took so long. COVID 19
