    Shout out to Geraldine Armas at Citibank In Downey branch #290. If you’re going to open a new account or do any banking in Downey, stop in and see “Gigi”. She’s a very nice person and remembers personal details and is great to work with. She takes great pride in her work and represents Citibank with excellence. Geraldine “Gigi” is a standout employee who reflects the very best of Citibank.

    I went in to the branch due to fraud charges in my account. Geraldine took the time to really help me to see what she could do. I could tell she had genuine concern for me. She was amazing and very nice. I had just been through a root canal 30 mins prior, so it was a little hard to talk, and drink water, but we both got a good laugh out of it. Thanks Geraldine for your help today!

    Worst bank ever don’t come here they just waste your time. Asked to speak to a manager never came out Agustin in new accounts wasting my time and my appointment. Took the day off of work for this way to 30 minutes to speak to a banker just to be told that I am late for my appointment will never do business with these guys.
