  I would give one employee...actually 2 employees there a good rating, other than that,all that this bank promises is a bunch of condescending programmed help, meaning they go through the motions of appearing to help and do absolutely nothing,then tell you to have a great day. During these holidays, they say..."Come bank with us,We give the best costumer service!" Then they tie up your money unnecessarily. Not caring at all that you are inconvenienced. Not to mention,even if you take your body into the bank,that should clear up any issues at all of your identification. I guess they want your DNA as well. Anyhow when this issue gets resolved whenever they get around to it, I'm taking my money elsewhere. They have upset me so bad and dont care about what they put thier costumers thru.Iv never before experienced this kind of treatment.

  The most unsatisfactory bank branch I have encountered is the one that failed to fulfill its promise of Chinese New Year dragon pendants as a reward for opening a substantial CD account. Despite the passage of two years, the branch has consistently failed to provide these pendants due to infrastructure issues. Furthermore, the branch has been unresponsive to customer inquiries, with no staff members answering calls. The branch is virtually empty and lifeless. The employees and management appear to be unmotivated and lack the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. As a result, the bank has failed to meet its obligations to its customers. I strongly advise against depositing money in this branch, as it will likely lead to significant disappointment.

  This by far is the worse bank I've ever done business with. It was way too long being there to open an account. The ATM machine isn't even sophisticated enough to tell you if there will be a hold on your deposit like a REAL bank such as Wells Fargo or Chase. The receipt does not provide you a release date either. It's more concerned with trying to get you to open a home equity line. I call the 800 number and get contradictory information from each representative I speak with. Ridiculous bank! Stick with a more mainstream financial institution!!
