  The most unsatisfactory bank branch I have encountered is the one that failed to fulfill its promise of Chinese New Year dragon pendants as a reward for opening a substantial CD account. Despite the passage of two years, the branch has consistently failed to provide these pendants due to infrastructure issues. Furthermore, the branch has been unresponsive to customer inquiries, with no staff members answering calls. The branch is virtually empty and lifeless. The employees and management appear to be unmotivated and lack the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. As a result, the bank has failed to meet its obligations to its customers. I strongly advise against depositing money in this branch, as it will likely lead to significant disappointment.

  They were clear and helpful on opening a CD, but for some reason we did make an appointment the day before only for the person the day of that was in charge to not show up at all with no explanation with some of the staff scrambling what to do with it.

  We waited 20 minutes, then someone told is no one will be available today. Nice. I was asked if could come back on Monday or Tuesday. I mean I would if I could. Why would I wait in line on a Saturday if I could do it on a week day right? Again, nice!

  Nunca pongo malas resenas de casi ningun lugar pero hare una exepcion hoy ya que n esta su sursal y la sucursal de uplan fui discriminada no les recomiendo este banco ya que las polizas que tiene para abrir cuentas bancarias no son eticas y son discriminatorias por raza y estatus por identificacion no se los recomiendo que pierdan su tiempo hay bancos mejores
