Waste of time and nobody knows what they’re doing. went in twice in one week for the same issue and the manager was nowhere to be found both times. If you absolutely need to go into a branch go to the office off 68 next to the Jack-in-the-Box. Safer option bank with CHASE. I’ll be moving my business and personal account back to Chase after they resolve my issue.

I tend to get my laundry quarters from the bank here because I shop here. However, today was different. I was informed that I couldn't do this anymore since I was not an account holder. No biggie right? But do you have to try to belittle or dismiss a person over valid and reasonable request even though I am the only customer? I just dont get it Why such a negative demeanor? Its not a surprise thos branch has such a low review. With representatives like this I am surprised Wells Fargo doesn't do sonething, because thos location is a horrible example of customer friendmy banking. I have never been so happy with my decision to switch banks
