- BHBrandon HalowMar 29, 20221.0Terrible customer service. The manager Theresa m lied to me and told me there was no way to rush my debit card. Claiming that was a service they discontinued. Which i know to be a lie. She had me sitting in there for an hour because she didn't want to overnight me a new debit card. She was trying to find every reason not to allow the bank to overnight it. The cards take 7 to 10 business days to come in the mail and I needed the physical card number to order medical supplies online. Huge waste of time and a big disappointment. An hour n a half later I got it rushed because she ran out of reasons not to let me.
