- RKRaj KaurAug 4, 20231.0Been here twice and they never count the cash in front of you even if you’re getting in the large amounts they just print the receipt and give it to you. What if someone walks out and counts the cash and it’s short then who is responsible is the account holder or the teller and I did mention that to them twice and they said well you have the receipt so it shouldn’t be short. This is the first bank in many years that I have seen that does that and their customer service is through the roof. Terrible. Disappointed in this particular bank only may not come back to this one.

We asked her to only change my wife's accounts and not the accounts associated with her mother. Well, turns out she changed names and addresses on everything; causing my MIL to have to go into the branch and fix all of the issues she created. But thank goodness she spent so much time talking about upgrading accounts and mortgage refinancing. If only she spent time doing what was needed, we might actually be interested in continuing our relationship.
