    I had to file a racial profiling complaint on this branch because The level of disrespect that I experienced today as a loyal customer service 2008 had to be based on my race,color or national origin. They made me feel like I didn't deserve to be in their branch and refused to cash my check. I work next door and was trying to cash my check from my employer. They wouldn't cash it. Said my ID wouldn't verify in their system. After verifying me by my debit card they still requested my ID in which I provided and the manger told me they couldn't verify my ID although I had my atm card they couldn't cash my check. I went to another branch down the road and they cashed my check without incident. I feel like I was being discriminated against because I'm an African American woman! Working in a very worthy community. They let me withdraw money from the banker but wouldn't cash my check. So I'm good enough to work here I would think my check should be good to cash here. Especially as an account holder. I feel like this was a complete act of racism I don't even want to go into that bank ever again in my life. Better yet close out all my accounts with Wells Fargo. And my home mortgage to.

    Amazing service. I had been here to create a new account. Everyone was really helpful, especially Sophie. I recommend going to this branch.

    They are very customer oriented. I'm disabled and they let me sit down while they make the deposits for me and my business. They're always friendly, open the doors for me, and often chat for a few minutes. There is nothing else they could do to make me happier. They do it all. By far the best bank branch I've ever been to.
