I was looking into changing banks, and this experience is definitely making me reconsider that. Mario the security guard was friendly! He is a very awesome person to have in the front, as he truly made me feel welcome right from the start. The teller Samantha also did everything she could to help me, and checked with the manager for a possible solution. My issue was that I forgot my wallet at home but needed 30 dollars. I was certain nothing could be done. Most tellers would just say 'No info, no card, no banking. have a fun bike ride home' but she was very attentive and solution-oriented! Samantha even informed me about a cardless mobile banking on the app which I had no idea was even a thing!! I now have the banking app and got the money I needed. Thank you for such positive service in these difficult times. (Also posting on yelp :D )
