A few weeks ago, I tried to reset my ATM PIN at a different Wells Fargo location near my home, but they couldn’t help me unless I waited hours to speak with a manager. Because of that, I never got the issue resolved. Today, I happened to be in the area after a dental appointment, and since I’m traveling for the holidays and needed some cash, I decided to stop by the Serramonte branch—even though Google said it only had 2.8 stars. I figured it was a simple request, so I gave it a try. I’m SO glad I did. Lago was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. He helped me withdraw cash and reset my PIN in less than five minutes. He took the time to explain everything clearly, served with a smile, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. When I told him I wanted to write a compliment for him, he simply said he was just doing his job—truly humble and genuine. Google ratings don’t always tell the full story. Because of employees like Lago, my experience at this branch was outstanding. Thank you again, Lago! 🙌
