- DSDee SheppardOct 21, 20251.0Very rude employees!!! Me(African-American)and my partner(Hispanic) females went to the Gellard office. Everybody(All Asian) just stared at us as if we were going to do something wrong and we were able to talk to a financial advisor and when he showed us the screen of our information, there was a private chat popped up amongst the coworkers and it literally said “why are they here they look like trouble”. The gentleman didn’t even help us so we left. We felt very uncomfortable so if your a different ethnicity don’t go there which is really sad.

I lost count already on hiw many times its down or out of service. Its frustration to be a member having this machine for use. I think it must be replace !!!! Or have the courtesy to inform the member about the status of your ATM as some have to travel quite a distance even on their restday to use it and find that its useless again.. again and again
