- RRReanne RamosApr 4, 20171.0I prefer the other location on John Daly Blvd, but since that's closed, I have to refer to this Citibank on Hickey. This is the worst location for a bank because not only is there limited parking, but it's located on a high traffic area. The bank tellers and those in their cubicles are another story. The tellers seem like they don't want to be working there. The staff in their separate cubicles make me wary when inquiring about my bank account. I encountered an issue with my debit card, so I went to this specific Citibank and dealt with a pompous man (forgot his name). When he pulled up information regarding my account, he made it seem like I was stupid for not knowing how to fix the issue. Well how would I? I couldn't find the information online, so going to the bank was the better idea at the time. At this point, I felt insulted, but stuck out my patience because I needed to fix whatever was wrong. Once he resolved the issue, I gave my thanks and left. I didn't think I'd receive professionalism from him if I asked any questions. If there was another Citibank in Daly City that didn't have rude staff, then I'd go there. Unfortunately, this Citibank is the closest to me.
