  Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I went to open an account at Citibank and ended up wasting over 30 minutes just for that. The employee clearly had no idea what she was doing — she had to call support because she couldn’t figure out how to finish opening the account. Because of the delay, I missed an important doctor’s appointment. And after all that, I still can’t access my account. I’m entering everything correctly, but the system won’t let me in. I’ve now been on the phone with customer service for over an hour, and no one seems to know how to fix the issue. It honestly feels like they only care about getting you to open an account — after that, you’re on your own. Their systems are outdated, and the overall service is slow and frustrating. I do not recommend banking with Citibank — avoid it if you care about your time or basic customer service.

  I wish if there is zero star to give it to this bank. I had call the bank 4 times and waiting almost an hour each time and every time they hang on me. I have problem. Someone stole my identity and open new account. I try to reach anybody to contact with, but every time they hang on me.

  Usually pretty good, but sometimes slow. Its not Bank of America fast. The female manager is not always so helpful, but the rest of the staff is good. Dont let the asain sales lady try to update your account info, she will end up getting your account frozen, and its a nightmqre trying to fix it.
