    I recently opened up an account and had a great experience with the team. Graham helped schedule my appointment and made the process easy. Nikki the banker was very friendly and efficient

    Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I went to open an account at Citibank and ended up wasting over 30 minutes just for that. The employee clearly had no idea what she was doing — she had to call support because she couldn’t figure out how to finish opening the account. Because of the delay, I missed an important doctor’s appointment. And after all that, I still can’t access my account. I’m entering everything correctly, but the system won’t let me in. I’ve now been on the phone with customer service for over an hour, and no one seems to know how to fix the issue. It honestly feels like they only care about getting you to open an account — after that, you’re on your own. Their systems are outdated, and the overall service is slow and frustrating. I do not recommend banking with Citibank — avoid it if you care about your time or basic customer service.

    The manager very disrespectful blurted out all my business throughout the Bank .. I Believe it’s because I’m a black female and she put a hold on my account.. my money for over a month .. smh these people think they can treat u any kinda way .. But God sees and hears all and he don’t play when it come to his children… I hate this particular branch

    I've been a customer @ Citibank for a few years. I've been going to the branch location on Valley View (in Cypress) for the past year and every time I go in the Citibank GRAHAM PARKER has always been PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I appreciate the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I get from GRAHAM PARKER. Thank you CITIBANK!!!

    Never thought to review a bank but I see they have none so will say I've banked here for over 20 years and receive consistent, excellent service. I highly recommend this branch.
