A family member who is disabled went in to the branch before 10am and paid to take an Uber there just to do a simple address change on his accounts. The manager refused and told him to call and make an appointment. That’s too bad because I myself was thinking of moving recent house sale funds to Wells Fargo, actually even this branch, but this just showed me how poorly they are performing for customer service.

- PPPenelope ParkerJul 1, 20251.0Do not use Wells Fargo. They have absolutely no email contact address so you cannot address situations in writing or have a digital paper trail. I tried emailing the branch manager and he just ignores. They flagged two tiny regular debits I've had on my account for 2 years as "suspicious activity" which caused major problems when something important couldn't be debited because Wells Fargo blocked the card. They don't care at all if their policies cause major inconveniences to customers.
