Cupertino Branch Banker Carol Lee is very professional and knowledgeable, she is so friendly every time I visit this branch. This time, I had an issue, normally takes 5 business day to go through bank internal process, but Carol helped me to completed within hours, really helped me to solve the problem and avoid losses.

They overcharged an additional fee on my loan without a valid reason after two months. When I contacted them about this problem, they told me that it was a decision from the system and changed my monthly loan amount. The employee on the phone was unprofessional and lacked knowledge about loan questions. I don't want more people to suffer because of this bank. Be careful with East West Bank.
