    I am a long time customer of Citibank. Today I had worse experience of very bad service from this bank Br. Manager. She provoke customer to close account with Citibank. However the teller was very kind but helpless. Top Management must do some thing and take a look on other reviews.

    Do NOT go to this bank for a mortgage. I'm 45 days into a purchase and still no loan docs at title, and worse, they wont answer their phone or email or respond in any way. When things aren't going as planned, you want a lender who will not ignore you and hide until they have the right answer or results, you want someone who will answer you and keep you updated. I've been selling real estate for over 10 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had with a bank and a loan officer. The loan officer I'm stuck dealing with is Juan Sanchez but his management is involved too and they are no help. Avoid Citibank at all costs.
