If I could give a negative 🌟 I would. I have experience some of the unprofessional behavior** exhibited by Wells Fargo bankers—both male and female—during my interactions as a **new account holder**. Instead of welcoming me as a startup customer eager to build a relationship with the bank, they were dismissive, impatient, and condescending. Their disrespectful attitude made me feel like an inconvenience and severely undermined my confidence in Wells Fargo.
Additionally, the bankers **failed utterly to provide basic information or guidance** about my accounts, digital tools, or resources for new clients. Despite my clear need for support, they offered vague answers, rushed through explanations, and left me confused and unsupported. This neglect is unacceptable for any customer, especially one new to the bank. I hope no has to experience this.

Horrible customer service, I felt discriminated against because I was black. I went into the branch to open a savings account. I went over to open account there was a lady there I asked about opening a savings account. She looked me up and down and said she couldn't help me because she had a customer. There wasn't anyone in the bank. I was the only customer. She said I'll'll see if someone else can help.They all looked at me as if I wasn't worthy of their time. Never again!!!

This place is so disrespectful especially this worker Yosemite “Who is the manager” there is no parking either am not saying all bank of Wells Fargo but only this Wells Fargo has been this disrespectful

This was my first time in this Wells Fargo and this was the worst experience no one greeted me at all I sat down to talk to the bankers for 20 min everyone walked by me and didn’t acknowledge me a guy walked in after me and they helped him before me when I’ve been sitting there for 20 min I won’t come back to this branch
