Had to stand in line for 10 minutes as this teller named DENIECE choose to converse about irrelevant personal matter than doing her job and swiftly completing her task.. I had to intervene, and she responded defensively. Please make sure your employees know the importance of customer service and value of time and money.

They said checks are ok. Who has personal checks with them nowadays? I asked to see this policy in writing. They told me to sit and wait for the manager. I decided to drive to my credit union to deposit the cash & had them print out personal checks after waiting 10 min & the manager never appeared conveniently. I came back to finish the deposit. What was supposed to take me 15 min took me over an hour. Very inconvenient!
