- AAAllan Alcibar (dj aa7)Jan 19, 20221.0This bank, OneWest, not just this branch, is garbage. They always tell you different information between the tellers at the bank, and costumer service. At this branch, i went in to ask about services for a biz account, instead of just a personal one, and the guy straight up refused to answer my questions. Only repeating he would discuss it AFTER i opened the account. So i guess they don't provide info so one can make a decision. Plus, it just got bought out by another bank. So who knows what will change after this merger. I don't recommend this bank for small biz!

For those who have returned to full time work, the banking hours of "Mon.-Fri. 10am-2pm and closed Saturdays" makes it REDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT to take care of any banking needs in person. I've been banking with One West for well over 25 years, I am generally satisfied with the customer service, but these hours are TOO LIMITED. PLEASE EXTEND YOUR HOURS OR ATLEAST OPEN THE DOORS ON SATURDAYS!!!!!
