- MWMichelle WhiteSep 11, 20251.0I have had nothing but hassle with this office. I recently had to make an appointment with the irs over my trust account and the irs said that they never received my 1099r from edward jones so when I called Katie answered and backly called me a lie and that they couldn't resend them to the irs. I have had nothing but trouble with her since she realized who my sister was and is not very professional.
