However todays visit was far from it, this morning teller Sha’Nira was rude unprofessional and just seemed to hate her job. I understand that sometimes you don’t love what you do but being rude condescending and having an overall aggressive demeanor is not a reason to provide that to a customer. Honestly I think from here on out I will no longer do business with this branch due to Sha’Nira so called “professionalism” I hope she either gets another employment where she likes what she does and treats other respectfully or have her Re trained because this is unacceptable.
