    Normally I don't have problems with this branch, but tonight my experience was awful. My debit card was compromised. I used the cardless ATM out front and it gave me a big bill. So I came inside to get smaller bills. I decided that since I was inside the bank anyways that I would get a temporary card too. Big mistake. I was told that I am out a $115 refund from a merchant that was processed the day before I closed the card due to fraud. I was told that they would not give me a letter or anything to show the merchant so they could try to refund me again. The banker also told me that I needed to activate my temporary card. They were not helpful and did not care that I was upset over losing $115. About fifteen minutes later I called the number on my temporary debit card. I was informed that the refund would not be blocked because it was processed by the merchant while the card was still open. I also did not need to activate the temporary card. When the banker had issued me the card, he had activated it. They were showing it as my temporary card and as active. To the business that was issuing the refund it looked like I was trying to get a double refund. This branch needs to train its bankers more.

    Wells Fargo has the rudest people working for them. They have some kinda of power trip bottom line - Do NOT Bank with them.
