- JSJulia SimmonsSep 26, 20181.0I had an account there for years. I needed some cash to open a business and asked to liquidate funds. I needed the money asap and asked it to be fed-ex to me. A week later they called me and told me they needed a new form sign to send me a check with my OWN MONEY. .. Two days after I expected the payment, they told me they needed more paperwork and it would be there sometime next week. They apologized for the mistake / oversight. I work with four other brokers.. I get a check within 2 business days TOPS. Do not work with them.. they invest your money and refuse to give it to you when you need it.
